Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Humble Earth Co. We carefully prepare each order so your products arrive safely and ready to become part of your self-care routine.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier and displayed at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping service.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed. These estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Humble Earth Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [humbleearthcompany@gmail.com]. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, its delivery is managed by that carrier. Humble Earth Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier directly. You may also contact us at [humbleearthcompany@gmail.com], and we will help you review the available tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged products so we can review the issue and assist you.

Please keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Body butters and other natural products may soften or melt while traveling through warm climates. This does not affect their quality or performance.

If a product arrives softened, place it in a cool, dry area or refrigerate it briefly until it returns to a firmer consistency. Changes in texture caused by heat during transit are not considered product damage.
